Studio one
Studio 1 is our 2000 sq ft loft style space lined with large industrial North and South facing windows. It also features a kitchenette, en suite shower room and 3 phase power. It is located next door to Studio 3 - they can be hired in conjunction for larger productions. The spacious layout allows for multiple sets and big teams. See here for floorplan.
Blackout is available for all windows in the space, free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use them, to ensure availability.

Blackout is available for all windows in the space, free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use them to ensure availability.

For shoots, we recommend a team size of around 20 people to give your team a comfortable amount of space to work in.
For events, it can vary depending on usage but can fit around 50 people. Please email us with details of your event for guidance on numbers and capacity.

The ceiling height is 3.2m. Please note there are pipes and light fittings on some areas of the ceiling, so we can’t guarantee that kit will be able to reach that height across the entire space.

Studio One has fantastic natural light due to the large industrial windows flanking either side of the space. The South facing windows on the right hand side allow for direct sunlight to fill the room.
