Studio three
Studio 3 is our 800 square foot space, located next to Studio 1. The studio is lined with large North facing industrial windows as well as raw and distressed plasterwork. It features a moveable hair & makeup table with double sided mirror, changing area and small kitchenette. The space is suited to small and medium sized teams with a recommended crew of 8-10 people. Blackout is available for all windows in the space, free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use them, to ensure availability.
Weekend Booking Policy: the minimum booking on weekends for Studios Two and Three is a full day.

We recommend a team size of around 8 - 10 people.

The ceiling height is 3.2m. Please note there are pipes and light fittings on some areas of the ceiling, so we can’t guarantee that kit will be able to reach that height across the entire space.

Studio Three is lined with large, industrial North facing windows, therefore has a constant, ambient light throughout the day.

Studio Three is not always accessible from the lift due to the layout of the building. Lift access timings to Studio Three must be agreed upon in advance.
